The easiest and fastest way to order from Trilogy Concept Stores ONLINE is to purchase via our website using PayPal. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email. You do not need a subscription to PayPal to make purchases and can simply use your Visa or Mastercard.

Products paid for by direct deposit will be shipped once we have confirmation of payment from our accounts department.
Trilogy Concept Stores will endeavour to ship all in-stock products within three business days of purchasing. If for some reason the stocktake was incorrect, we will be in contact immediately to discuss the lead time. There is a set delivery fee for each individual item that is purchased from our online store that is relevant to deliveries within the Perth metropolitan area. If the delivery is going outside of the metro area, we will be in contact to discuss additional charges.
Once the goods have been signed for by the recipient, Trilogy accepts no responsibility for any damage occurred thereafter so please thoroughly check goods upon arrival.
Purchasers details will be forwarded only to the shipping company, they will not be used for any marketing exercises.
