Can I purchase from the showroom floor?
When you visit one of our showrooms all homewares displayed are available for immediate dispatch. A range of furniture items can also be dispatched from the showroom floor if your transportation permits.
Are individual products in Trilogy ranges available in alternative sizes and finishes to suit my space?
Trilogy offers various size and finish options for a range of products to accommodate our client’s individual requirements. Please contact a Trilogy team member to discuss size and finish options. Note all alternative dimensions and finishes offered are listed in the product description of each item of our website.
Can I hand select furniture items from the Trilogy warehouse?
Products purchased from Trilogy can be viewed and collected from the Trilogy warehouse upon request. You are very welcome to view the product selection at the Trilogy warehouse and make your final decision. Note that products being collected from the warehouse are required to be paid in full prior to collection.

Should I measure the area I need to furnish before I visit the Trilogy showroom?
When purchasing large furniture items from Trilogy, we recommend you measure your space and the relevant doorways, staircases and or lifts that need to be accessed for delivery. This will assist in layout planning and ensure safe installation of your furniture item(s).
Can I find Trilogy's entire product range on your website?
Keeping up to date with the latest trends means that Trilogy have new products arriving in store all year round. All new arrivals are displayed in our showrooms and we endeavour to present all of our product selection on our website. If you can not find what you are looking for on our website, please visit one of our showrooms and a Trilogy team member will assist you.
Can Trilogy help me with interior decorating & styling?
Yes, Dorien Copejans, Trilogy’s Interior Designer, would love to work with you to create the personalised space that you desire. Trilogy’s Interior Design service includes furniture and homeware styling, spatial and layout planning, and custom designing. A consultation in store or at home can be made by appointment.

Do you deliver to my area?
Our daily transport service delivers furniture & homeware items within the greater Perth Metropolitan area. This service extends to regional locations. Trilogy can also accommodate Australia wide delivery assistance if required.
What is the cost of your delivery service?
Trilogy’s delivery charges vary depending on the size of the item(s) and the installation location. Delivery costs include transportation of the goods, and complete installation of the products. Assembly of some items may result in an additional assembly fee.

Can I cancel and re-schedule a delivery time?
Yes, delivery times can be re-scheduled. Please ensure to provide 24 hours notice or a cancellation fee may apply.
Is payment required prior to delivery?
Balance of payment must be finalised prior to delivery. Please note a 3-day clearance is required for direct transfers and cheque payments.
What time will you deliver my furniture?
At the point of purchase, we will schedule a delivery date which is convenient for you. Please provide your mobile contact phone number and a member from the Trilogy delivery team will contact you half an hour prior to the scheduled time of delivery. If you are not at home to collect the goods at the scheduled time, a redelivery fee may be charged. Note, the Trilogy delivery team have a planned daily run schedule. Please contact a Trilogy team member for a more accurate delivery time on the morning of your scheduled delivery date.
Who will deliver my purchase?
All members of our delivery team are specialists in delivering exclusive Trilogy products. We will co-ordinate delivery of the goods and ensure each piece is delivered with the care it deserves. The Trilogy delivery team will remove all packaging with them upon completion of installation of the goods.
Do I need to use the Trilogy delivery team to deliver my goods?
A private courier service can be appointed at your discretion and arrangements can be made to collect the goods from the Trilogy warehouse. Your nominated courier service must be able to load the furniture or homeware item(s) independently. Trilogy accepts no responsibility for the safe delivery of goods when an external courier is utilised. Note that products being collected from the warehouse are required to be paid in full.

How long do I have to wait to receive goods once purchased?
Lead times vary from product to product. We endeavour and pride ourselves on having adequate stock to accommodate our client’s requirements. If stock is not available for a particular product an order can be placed and an approximate lead time will be supplied at the point of purchase. Note a third deposit is required for all orders. A Trilogy team member will be in contact with you as soon as the item is ready to be delivered or collected. For more detailed lead times on particular products please contact a Trilogy team member.
What payment methods do Trilogy accept?
Trilogy accepts cash payments, Visa, MasterCard & Amex credit card payments with no additional surcharge fees applied. Trilogy also accepts direct transfer payments and cheque payments. Please note a 3-day clearance is required for direct transfer payments and cheque payments before goods can be despatched for delivery.
Refund & Return Policy
What happens if I change my mind and wish to return a Trilogy purchase?
The Trilogy team are confident that you will love your purchase as much as we love our exclusive product range. Please choose carefully as Trilogy does not offer refunds or credit notes if you have a change of mind. However, if you do change your mind we would be very happy to offer an exchange for homewares within 7 days of your purchase and upon review of your sales invoice. If you wish to change a furniture order please contact a Trilogy team member immediately. At the discretion of management, furniture can be exchanged within 7 days from the date of purchase and upon review of your sales invoice. Note restocking fees and additional delivery fees may apply.
All purchases made at the Trilogy Clearance Boutique cannot be exchanged.
Warranty & Repairs Policy
Are there any warranties provided when purchasing furniture and/or homewares from Trilogy?
We firmly stand by our extensive Trilogy product range. Trilogy only source exceptional quality so that we can confidently supply products of the highest possible standard. If in the unlikely situation you are not satisfied and believe that your product is faulty please contact a Trilogy team member. We will endeavour to assist and facilitate a prompt and satisfactory solution. To help with this process please provide Trilogy with your sales invoice and a photograph of the item in question.
Is there a minimum amount required to be spent in order to layby goods?
There is no minimum requirement when you decide to layby goods at Trilogy.
What is the maximum period I can extend a layby for at Trilogy?
Trilogy can accommodate a 4-week layby period for full priced products and a 2-week layby period for sale items. Please contact a Trilogy team member if special circumstances are required and we will endeavour to assist.
Does Trilogy have a minimum deposit requirement in order to layby goods?
Trilogy’s layby terms require a third deposit of the total value of the purchased goods. Progressive payments can be made in store or over the phone by credit card within the stipulated timeframe. When layby payments are initiated, invoices will be supplied.
How do I maintain and look after my Trilogy product?
Trilogy product care varies from product to product. For all product care information please discuss with a Trilogy team member. A selection of Trilogy’s preferred care products are available for purchase in store.
Does Trilogy have a storage facility if we are unable to accept delivery of goods at the point of purchase?
Yes, we can assist with storage of your furniture and homewares if you are unable to accept delivery of the goods promptly. Trilogy can provide storage for a maximum of 1 month at no additional charge. A monthly fee will be charged past the initial month of storage. Please contact a Trilogy team member for an estimate storage quote.
Can I purchase a gift voucher from Trilogy?
Yes, a Trilogy gift voucher is the perfect gift.
How long are Trilogy gift vouchers valid for & are they transferable?
Trilogy gift vouchers are valid for a period of 6 months from the date of issue and they are non-transferable.
Can the recipient use their Trilogy gift voucher in all Trilogy stores?
Yes, Trilogy gift vouchers are redeemable in all Trilogy stores.
Can Trilogy send a Trilogy gift voucher directly to a recipient?
Trilogy gift vouchers can be sent directly to the gift recipient at no additional charge. Please contact a Trilogy team member to organise this for you.
What protection does the recipient have if they misplace their Trilogy gift voucher?
Please contact a Trilogy team member if this occurs and we will endeavour to assist the recipient in this situation.

Does Trilogy provide a gift-wrapping service?
Yes, presentation is paramount at Trilogy. We provide a complimentary gift-wrapping service and have a selection of gift cards to purchase. A beautiful selection of quality gift wrap and trimmings are offered. Please allow a Trilogy team member to wrap that special gift for you.
